Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the word "TEAM" at the top-left of the stylized design trademark. The top of the "T" in "TEAM" looks like a baseball bat hitting a baseball. The handle is on the left side, the barrel, or hitting end is on the right, slightly covering the baseball. There are small lines below the hitting end to give the illusion of motion. There are small triangular shapes pointing out to give the illusion of contact between the baseball bat and baseball. There is a basketball over the bottom-left part of the "E" in "TEAM". There is a football over the top of the 'A' in "TEAM". Resembling yardage markers on a football field, the bottom-left part of the "A" has one diagonal stripe and the bottom-right part of the 'A' has two diagonal stripes. There is a tennis ball over the bottom right end of the "M" in "TEAM". Under "TEAM" is the word "UP". The "U" in "UP" resembles an arrow with the arrowhead at the top-left of the "U" raised somewhat above the right side of the letter and pointing upward. The "P" in "UP" resembles a tennis racquet where the left side of the racquet's head is distorted, curving inward to make the racquet look more like a "P". Next to "UP" is the word "FOR". The "F" and "R"' in "FOR" are smaller than any other letters in the trademark. The "O" in "FOR" resembles a soccer ball. Below and slightly to the right of the previously describe "P" in "UP" is the word "FUN". The "F" in "FUN" looks like an upside-down hockey stick next to a hockey puck. The "U" in "FUN" looks like a jump rope where one handle is the top-left end and one handle is the top-right end. There is a volleyball above the top-right end of the "N" in "FUN" and the top-right end of the "N" has a rounded off hand shape, palm up, like a hand serving a volleyball.
