The hat has thin stripes going down the hat all the way around. Each character has dots on their necks. The character on the right has a dress with short sleeves and with stripes at the lower part of sleeves. Both the middle and right character have whistles around their necks. It's a thin like chain with a whistle hanging on the bottom tip. She is holding a purse on her right hand. The character in the left has a basketball and a pocket on his left side. His pants have stripes and he is wearing a belt. He has strip socks that shows his shoe strings. He's standing on top of a skateboard. The little girls dress standing at the center has diamond like wide strips outlining the front of her dress. She has a bracelet on her left with a little charm hanging down. She has a bow tied towards the lower bottom of her tail. She's holding a clamp purse on her right hand. Around there are clouds with the stylized text "CHOW-E-CHOWZ EXPRESSIONS".
