The color(s) red, white, blue, black, yellow, brown, gray, pink, and brown is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a horizontal rectangle with items of color arranged in three transparent layers whereby the top is less transparent than the second layer and the second layer is less transparent than the third or bottom layer. The bottom layer provides the background color which is the middle portion of a waving USA flag. More specifically, the upper left quarter of the mark's bottom layer is solid blue with thirteen white stars either completely visible or partially visible due to the waving flag affect. The remaining three quarters of the mark's bottom layer has four red stripes alternating with four white stripes. On the left side of the mark's second layer, overlapping the mark's bottom layer's blue and white stars is a gray cartooned hippopotamus character, hippo, stretching the entire height of the mark's rectangle shape. The hippo also faces the right side of the rectangle. The hippo is standing behind a brown podium with a microphone in a blue jacket, blue bow tie, and white shirt. The hippo's mouth is open, revealing his pink tongue and four white teeth. There are three black hairs on the top of the hippo's head. The podium has a black microphone with a brown holder. The podium also has a red, white, and blue ribbon draped across the top. Above the ribbon are four yellow stars. The hippo microphone and podium are outlined in white. On the right side of the mark's second layer, overlapping the mark's bottom layer's alternating red and white stripes is an orange cartooned giraffe, stretching the entire height of the mark's rectangle shape. The giraffe character also faces the left side of the rectangle. The giraffe is standing behind a brown podium with a microphone in a brown jacket, red tie, and white shirt. The giraffe has yellow eyelids, a wide smile showing a row of five teeth on the top and a row of five teeth on the bottom inside his mouth. The giraffe has three yellow distinguishing marks on his left face cheek. The podium has a black microphone with a brown holder. The podium also has a red, white, and blue ribbon draped across the top. Above the ribbon are three yellow stars. The giraffe, microphone and podium are outlined in white. On the mark's top layer, stretched and centered across the entire width of the rectangular is the large verbiage, "If I Were President". The said verbiage is written in a bold gradient font whereby the top half of each letter is blue, the middle of each letter is white and the bottom half of each letter is red. The said verbiage also has black shadow cast on the lower right side of each letter and period. On the mark's first layer, is a smaller rectangle outlined in yellow with a gradient dark blue and black background. The said smaller rectangle also has a shadow casting on its right and bottom side and on its surface contains four large letters outlined in yellow with the verbiage "IIWP" that read "IIWP". Each of the four letters serve as windows into a single room in which the view is that of a gray hippopotamus on the left, wearing a suit and tie, standing behind a podium, facing an orange giraffe who is also wearing a suit and tie, standing behind a podium, facing the hippo. The giraffe also has yellow distinguishing marks along his neck. Both the podiums are brown with red, white, and blue ribbon draped across the top. In summary, the view of the giraffe and hippo behind the letter- shaped windows is that of a miniaturized shot of the mark's earlier described second layer. Also, just below the said smaller rectangle that contains the verbiage "IIWP", of the mark's first layer, is the verbiage written in a wave pattern and gradient colors red, white and blue, "A game of Politics". The top of the letters in the words "A game" is white and the bottom parts of the letters fade into red. Similarly the letters in the word "of" are red at the bottom, fading into white in the middle and then blue at its top. The word "Politics" is blue at the top but fades into white at the bottom.
