The mark consists of a horse-drawn physician's carriage with the letter "H" appearing within a circle on the left side, parked on a cobblestone drive, between two columns to the left and right, with a sign resting atop the columns, and with the sign and column entwined in branches, the words, "Dr. Hostetter's" on the sign, with the abbreviation, "Dr." in shaded lettering, with three turrets below the columns, to the left, right and center, and the word "Celebrated" on a banner centered beneath the middle turret, the words, "Est. 1848" in a banner beneath the right turret, the words, "American Original" beneath the turrets, centered between the columns, in a banner within a shield, the words, "Pure Cane Spirits" and "150 Proof" on a scrolled banner draped beneath the words, "American Original", with shading above and below the "American Original" designation, and a centered "H" within a circular insignia at the bottom-center, with scrolled and entwined branches to the left and right of the "H" insignia, and a cross, consisting of thin branches beneath.
