The mark consists of a silhouette version of phoenix bird with a crown on its head and wings spread out, reaching just outside two white rings and another circular black background while overlapping the rings and the black circular background. The phoenix's tail also reaches just outside of the rings, overlapping the rings and circular black background. The word "PHOENOM" is rounded over the top of the bird's head forming a semi-circle, overlapping each wing just inside of the thinnest white ring. The word "GENES" is rounded upward under the bird's body also in the form of a semi-circle, which forms a "complete circle" with the word "PHOENOM", while overlapping the tail. A star separates the "P" of the word "PHOENOM" and "G" of the word "GENES" on the left side of the bird just inside the thinnest white ring and another star separates the "M" of the word "PHOENOM" and the "S" of the word "GENES" on the right side of the bird just inside the thinnest white ring.
