Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a design of a Heart Logo, Outline of the Heart logo consists of a an inner out line with jagged outline resembling spikes at the bottom Point of the Heart but pointing up and one other at the right side bottom "V" where the design creates a "V" like shape the inner outline changes in thickness creating an abstract look. The outer Heart Outline is not congruent or does not mirror it self if folded in half. And also has a very abstract look to it. The outline is smooth and round with two indentations I will refer to them as "V" like shapes on the right side opposite each other creating the right side of the heart to looks bulged, and the right and left side of the heart come to a sharp point at the bottom of the design and meet in the top "V" like shape typical to most hearts but more to the right, with the right bulge coming to another Valley or "V" under the right bulge and almost opposite the top "V" but they are not the same shape with there deepest points almost in line creating the right side of the heart to look like it is bulging out. The inner Outline is sometimes not visible while the outer out line that makes up the heart like shape always is.
