The mark consists of the word "VEGAS" positioned over the word "BABY!" within an elongated diamond; each letter of "VEGAS" is placed within a circle surrounded in lights; "BABY!" and underline are stylized. The diamond has a shaded background with an inner border of lights, outlined by a middle dark border, that being surrounded by an outer border of a lighter shade. The outer edge of the diamond has three 5-pointed stars, each lighted around their perimeter, and positioned from left to right on the bottom of the diamond, and one star burst located at the top left of the diamond. A palm tree extends above the top of the diamond on either side. Lighted stripes alternating with perpendicular lined stripes emit from the diamond in burst fashion, all contained within a rectangular background.
