"WEST INDIES," "BVI," "TROPICAL" OR "NAUTICAL"
The mark consists of a crown closed at the top with the color brown in the bottom band, the color red in the diamonds in the bottom band, and the color green in the circles in the bottom band. The diamonds and circles are outlined in gold. The color gold appears in the band above the brown band in the crown. Gold also appears in the fleurs-de-lis designs, in the cross, in the square designs and in the outer edge of the crown. The color red appears in the background of the top of the crown except for the center portion behind the square designs, which is brown. To the left of the crown is a flag outlined in gold with a white background, a short red vertical line and a long horizontal line, which is attached to a gold flag pole. To the right of the crown is a flag with a red pointed end, and a white rectangle on the other end with a red cross and blue "X." That flag is attached to a gold flag pole. Below the flags is a blue banner outlined in gold with the gold wording "WEST CST BVI INDIES" therein. A gold anchor design appears between "CST" and "BVI." Below the banner is an oval with a rope border. The rope is brown with black outlining. The center of the oval is red with a gold anchor design outlined in black on each side. In the very center of the oval is a black flag pole with four flags outlined in black. The interior of the top flag is white on the left and blue on the right. The interior of the flag below it is yellow with a blue horizontal stripe. The interior of the next flag down is yellow with a red horizontal stripe, and the interior of the lowest flag is yellow with a blue vertical line in its center. At the bottom of the mark are two blue banners outlined in gold with a gold and brown star in between them. The gold word "TROPICAL" appears in the left banner, and the gold word "NAUTICAL" appears in the right banner. The remainder of the white in the drawing represents background areas and is not part of the mark.
