The mark consists of the wording "5 M", with the "5" in green with a white outline and the "M" in black with a white outline. Inside the "5" is a leaf design with green, light green and lighter green features. Behind the "5 M" is a black circle with multiple five point stars. That circle is then surrounded by a circular band of shades of green, which is surrounded by a black circular band. Outside the black band is a larger circle that is half green in the top half and light green in the lower half. The top half circle contains the gray words "GREEN MEDALLION". The lower half circle contains two five point black stars and the black wording "APPROVED BY 5MILLIONGREENJOBS". Outside that circle is a black circular band, then a green shaded band, then a circular band made of multiple smaller green circles. Partially underneath the smaller green circles is a larger black circular band that contains multiple gray five pointed stars. Surrounding the black band are two green shaded bands, the inner one smaller in width than the outer one. The black background behind the outer part of the design is not claimed as part of the mark.
