The mark consists of the letters "MOM'S APPLE PIE" in gold letters centered at the of a fancy gold oval frame with a beige oval outline inside the frame around artwork that consists of a brown-haired woman with hair parted in the middle and bun in a high-collared blue long-sleeved dress with white lace around the collar and on the shoulders and down the front of the dress with a white oval pin at the neckline above three, white buttons, with two white buttons undone on the dress behind a white apron that is tied around her neck. The woman's face and hands are tan. She is holding a pie oozing with white liquid from a red filling that is in a tan crust with air holes in a triangle pattern with the pie contained in a black pie pan. The woman is in a kitchen in front of a window with a green and blue background, brown wooden window pane and white translucent curtains tied back with a tan ruffle on top, and light brown walls.
