The mark consists of The word "precious" in all capital letters in the color red, above the word "waters" in all capital letters in the color red. The letters of the words precious and waters in the above described stacked fashion are of the same size and centered relative to each other and to the rest of the mark. Beginning at the bottom of the word precious and extending straight down behind the word waters is a water droplet being pointed at the top and extending straight down in a rounded expanding bulbous shape such as is often characterized in pictures as a falling rain drop in the colors blue and gray. The bottom of the water droplet is approximately equal in distance from the bottom of the word waters as the distance from the top of word precious to the bottom of the word waters. Contained in the water droplet is graphical representation of the earth of spherical shape completely filling the lower bulbous portion of the water droplet in the colors blue, gray, white, and black. The water droplet with its contained graphical depiction of the earth or globe is symmetrical to the center axis of the words precious and waters and thus is centered within the mark. The whole of the words precious waters and the water droplet are enclosed by a light black line creating a close rectangular box border completely around the words of the mark and the water droplet. The entire background of the mark behind the words precious waters and the water droplet with the globe and visible in the areas within the borders wherein these features are not present is a series of faint curving, expanding, and generally parallel lines, alternating light and dark that represent stylized waves of liquid in the colors blue, white, and gray. Such lines are generally drawn emanating from the lower right area of the mark and expanding towards the upper left area of the mark.
