The color(s) blue, dark blue, light blue, light green, green, red and orange is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of four waves that sometimes intersect, merge, collide and isolate from each other; from left to right: the first wave -- blue that turns dark blue as it progresses from left to right -- is elongated, sinusoidal and initiates as the top wave that starts narrow and isolated by itself then widens while merging and intersecting with the second, third, and fourth waves and tapers down below the second wave's top surface; the second wave -- light blue that turns blue as it progresses from left to right -- starts isolated and as a medium width wave and as it proceeds toward the right the wave enlarges in height with a straight bottom edge; the third wave -- light green to green as it progresses from left to right -- has an initial medium width that expands and later contracts to its initial medium width and as it expands the third wave traverses a sinusoidal path that merges with the first and second waves, then exclusively merging into the fourth wave, then the third wave begins to taper as merges into the fourth and second waves; the fourth wave -- red to orange to green in the color spectrum as the wave progresses from left to right -- has an initial large width wherein the third wave is positioned thereon, and merges with the first and second waves on a sinusoidal path, dissociates first with the first wave and second with the second wave, and after dissociating with the second wave the fourth wave has a planar top surface that meets the second wave's bottom surface wherein for a brief period the third wave is not intersected with the third wave and a bottom surface that continues a sinusoidal path.
