Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a centered large green shield that has a gray bordered edge with a slight dark orange accent on the inside bordered edge, and the main body of the large green shield gradates in overall fill color from a dark green on the outside, to a light green towards the center. The words "The Lupus Phoenix Society" are superimposed on the large green shield. The words "The", "Lupus" and "Society" are white in fill color with black outlines. The word "Phoenix" is white in fill color, with consecutive bordered edges that radiate outward in color from black, green, yellow to orange. Also superimposed on the large green shield is a smaller shield that gradates in color from light blue top left to darker blue bottom right, with a circle on top; the circle border color is yellow on the top left side and orange on the bottom right side, with a green center. In the green center of the circle is the word "The" and the letters "L", "P", and "S". The word "The" and letters "L" and "S" are white in fill color with black outlines. The letter "P" is white in fill color, with consecutive bordered edges that radiate outward in color from black, green, yellow to orange. Centered behind the large green shield is a graphical depiction of a "PHOENIX BIRD" with wings spread outwards to the sides and a flaming tail that extends downward. The upper-top half outline bordered edges of the Phoenix bird: the head, the wings, and the flaming tail are consecutive bordered edges that radiate outward in color from green, yellow and back to green. The lower-bottom half outline bordered edges of the Phoenix bird: the head, the wings, and the flaming tail are consecutive bordered edges that radiate outward in color from orange, yellow and to green. The fill colors of the Phoenix bird: the head, the wings, and the flaming tail are a blending and fading of colors that gradate inward from green to yellow to white.
