41 Teaching, instruction and arranging and conducting of demonstrations, seminars, workshops, practical training, and exercises in the areas of assessing the security of facilities and operations, maintaining, managing, and executing explosive wall breaching, namely, tactical breaching, breaching in urban environments and for entry into fortified locations, the science of explosive materials including charge selection and preparation, target assessment, blast pressure effects and calculations, collateral damage and personnel hazard predictions and validation, real structure data collection and tactical scenarios, maritime seafaring and seamanship, namely, sail, power and coastal boating, small boat handling, offshore passage making, bluewater sailing and international bareboat chartering, maritime interdiction, yacht and ship brokering, global chartering, dissimilar vessel support, asymmetrical warfare in non-permissive environments, counter-piracy measures and vessel or ship self defense, counter terrorism measures including hostage rescue operations, bus and vehicle close quarter battle interdiction, aircraft recovery operations, active shooter and school response, protecting persons, defense against snipers, improvised explosive devices and terrorist devices, suicide and homicide bomber recognition; providing training facilities, namely, realistic training structures to be used in security training; publication of operator manuals for special forces and special weapons and tactics (SWAT) teams; educational certification and examination services, namely, in the area of safe boating, sailing, and defense against terrorism; operation of educational training centers for others in the field of security risks and tactics and explosive breaching
