The mark consists of an ornamental border in gold rococo style with an arched top, dual, and semicircular corners and scroll work in the upper corners and along the left and right bottom, which is smaller in width than the top, inside which appears the wording "CIRCUS" in gold uppercase letters outlined in white, "Theater" in white title case letters, and "RONCALLI" in gold uppercase letters outlined in white. Positioned behind the lettering are the outlines of several palm trees in dark blue and numerous stars in white. To the right of the "S" in "CIRCUS" is a small, white crescent moon.
