The declared designation - combined, is an image of a bottle and its turn, consisting of a high body with smoothed shoulders, and a high neck. The body of the bottle is blue, decorated with alternating protrusions and depressions that are distributed in waves over the body of the bottle. The decor imitates the uneven terrain of the water surface. On the front side of the label is placed the word element "FIVE LAKES". On the top left and bottom right are images of asterisks. Below the word element is a decorative sign that resembles an infinity icon, below which is an image of a shining star and 9 elements that simulate a wave, where these elements are arranged in four rows as they decrease. On the reverse side of the label is an image of a man floating in a boat on the water, which is visible through the glass from the turn of the bottle, which is why the image of the turn of the bottle is given. On the neck of the bottle there is a blue collierette in the form of a wide stripe bordered on both sides with Golden stripes, above which the words "LIVING LEGEND", "LIVING WATER" are applied, separated by a wavy dash, made in the original Cyrillic font, bordered above and below with a wide white stripe. On the top of the neck of the bottle is a lid, on top of which are the alternating blue-white bands of varying thickness, the center of which is on a blue background located in two rows, the words "FIVE LAKES" and circle them words "LIVING LEGEND", "LIVING WATER" divided by wave-dash.
The color(s) white, grey, blue, black, gold and light blue is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to "PYAT OZER ZHIVAYA VODA" and this means "FIVE LAKES" in English.
