The mark consists of an animation sequence. The sequence shows white figures moving on a blue background. The starting and ending positions of the figures are identical. The sequence starts with two white circles with a slightly curved line over each of them. The lower half of the circles move upwards before merging with the upper half of the circles, forming two semi-circles that are open at the bottom. The left semicircle flattens out to a straight line, before opening again to a semicircle. The curved line over the left hemisphere follows this movement by lowering and then raising again. The semi-circles gradually re-open so that they eventually appear as two whole circles, and the mark is thus back to the starting position.
