There is a dark grey horizontal line above the numerical numbers "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6", and "7" and a dark grey horizontal line above the numerical numbers "9," "10", "11", "12", "13", "14", "15", and "16". Above these lines is a stylized music sheet composed of dark grey horizontal bands, beige horizontal lines, and beige vertical lines. Superimposed over the stylized music sheet are beige music notes.
