THE DESIGN OF MINT LEAVES, OR THE NON-LATIN CHARACTERS THAT TRANSLITERATE TO "KARAMEL"
The mark consists of a solid green rectangular pattern, with an alternating green and white pattern in the shape of an awning with gold bordering at the bottom directly below it, with a red and yellow shield design, with the left half of the shield in red and the color yellow on the right half, with Cyrillic characters in white and outlined in red, centered therein, with an orange, brown, and gold perimeter outline of the shield design; below the shield and the awning is gray background with a gold lower border, with a turquoise oval in the upper right portion of this background; below the gray portion is a solid green background; a large white circle containing brown Cyrillic characters above the wording "CHOKO" in brown, the wording "CHIMBA" in white lettering with a green outline, and a mint-green colored candy with a cross-section showing brown chocolate inside with another fully intact mint-green candy with two partially obscured mint leaves to the left of the fully-intact candy placed over the lower portion of the gray background and the upper portion of the solid green background, with a turquoise oval placed on top of the white circle below the wording "CHIMBA" and green and gray shading throughout the white circle, with a green border that runs across the lower and side edges of the mark and cuts across the awning pattern at the top; the additional colors white and gray appearing in the drawing represent background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to "ROTFRONT KARAMEL" and this means "ROTFRONT CARAMEL" in English.
