The transliteration of the non-Latin characters in the mark is: "KOSHINOKANBAI, JUNMAI GINJO, SAI". "KOSHINOKANBAI" means "Japanese plum flower that blooms in winter". "JUNMAI GINJO" means "a type of Sake brewed by a Japanese traditional method using pure water and polished rice". "SAI" means "spiritual purification by pouring something such as Sake or sacred water".

The mark consists of a pale blue-green colored background featuring a gold reclangular border. Inside the rectangular border features patterns in gold expressing meandering rivers flowing across the land with plum flowers and waterdrops arranged. The Latin characters "ISHIMOTO SAKE BREWERY" and "KOSHI NO KANBAI" appear alternately in every other river. On the right side in the center are the black non-Latin characters "Koshinokanbai". On the left side in the bottom is the silver non-Latin character "Sai". On the left side in the center are the smaller non-Latin characters "Jumai ginjo" in black above the "Sai". The Latin characters "Pure Sake" and "Junmai-ginjo Sai" vertically appear on the left side of the non-Latin characters "Junmai ginjo" above the "Sai".
The color(s) pale blue-green, silver, gold and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
