The certification mark "TALENTO", as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that goods and/or services provided have the following features: 1) are Italian DOP-VSPQDOP and Italian VSQ quality sparkling wines produced with the classic method (second fermentation in the bottle); 2) the only grapes allowed are Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. They can be used individually or combined; 3) the wine must remain in the bottle on its lees for a minimum of 15 months; 4) the sugar content must be less than 12gr/l.
The mark consists of the word "TALENTO" located above an abstract depiction of full wine racks; these elements are contained in a double-lined oval-shaped carrier.
