"The color(s) white, tan, black, blue, red, green and pink is/are claimed as a feature of the mark."
"The mark consists of a color photograph of a cat appearing over a field that is generally tan in color and comprises a gradient change in tonal value from a light tan upper portion of the field to a darker tan lower portion of the field. The cat is generally tan on tan striped on its back and upper part of its face, with a white chest and forelegs and white lower and middle parts of its face. The cat has green eyes, a pink nose and white ears with tan edges and tips. A generally rectangular design is superimposed over the lower portion of the photograph of the cat, said design being comprised of one circular green field and five distinct rectangular and horizontally disposed fields: a rectangular and horizontally disposed blue field, a rectangular and horizontally disposed green field, a rectangular and horizontally disposed black field, a rectangular and horizontally disposed central tan field, and a rectangular and horizontally disposed red field. The rectangular and horizontally disposed blue field comprises the upper one-fifth of the rectangular design. The rectangular and horizontally disposed green field occupies the space just below the blue field and above the black and tan fields. The horizontally disposed central field occupies the middle one-half of the rectangular design, and is itself is divided into two distinct sub-fields, one of which is a smaller, solid black sub-field that occupies an upper generally right portion of the central field, and the other of which is a tan sub-field that occupies the remainder of the central field. The horizontal red field occupies the lower one-fifth of the rectangular design. The upper two-thirds of the circular green field is superimposed over a portion of the rectangular blue and green fields, and the lower one-third is superimposed over the central tan field. The lower portion of the mark consists of a horizontal red band that extends from the left side of the mark to the right side of the mark, which also forms the horizontal red field of the rectangular design. Each of the fields of the rectangular design is outlined in white. The dotted lining in the drawing is not claimed as a feature of the mark."
