The mark consists of a black bi-fold ribbon that reads "BLACK ON BLACK". The bottom of the main illustration holds the same ribbon that reads "MOVEMENT". The center is two uppercase, black letter "B's" facing each other and the uppercase, under the letter "B's" is centered a black letter "M" within a white than black outline of a white shield. The shield is centered on the chest of a black raven with wings extending upward over the raven's head. The raven's head is facing its right wing. Its eyes wide open. The shield covers most of the raven's body. The raven's tail extends under the shield. The raven is centered in a horizontal oval that is framed with beveled curves. At the bottom and top of the crest oval shape, the frame bends in wavy curves that form a royal feminine design with a four bead pointed crown at the top of the horizontal oval's top curve. The raven's tail and wings extend out of the oval's body and frame. Within the oval's body: from bottom to top, the shade black to white is expressed. Over the fade, seven white stripes are presented horizontally. From bottom to top; between the sixth and seventh stripe is the latin phrase "rara avis in perpetuum" (between the raven's spread wings, right above the raven's head). From bottom to top; a bigger gap is spaced between the fourth and fifth stripe - the center of the fade (from black to white). Within this gap there are two clusters of three black, five point stars (each cluster is presented in a triangle formation) - the two cluster of stars are noted seperately under each individual wing of the raven. .
