The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, black, white, off-white, teal-blue, green, and brown.
"THAI" or "LOTION"
The mark consists of Moon appearing over a beach with a moonray coming across the water toward the viewpoint. A bottom portion (about 1/5) of the moon is obscured angularly by a cloudline continuing across the top of the image just above the word Thai. The line of one wave is seen close to the shore. Two coconut palms occur on the left side and a small portion of beach sand in the front, or bottom of the image. Green bushes appear at the base of the coconut palms, which have brown trunks, darker brown coconut and green palm leaves. The moon is white. All lettering is white with black shadowing to the upper left. The moonray is off-white. The sea, sky and remaining background are various shades of teal-blue. The words "Thai Tropic" appear in Tempus Sans ITC font and "Lotion of Youth" in Comic Sans MS. The "Thai Tropic" font size is approximately 2 and 1/2 times the size of "Lotion of Youth". Upper and lower case are as shown within quotations herein.
