The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, White; Bright White; Dark Gray; Light Gray..
The mark consists of a square box containing the mark "aexjet" and a depiction of a sun coming over the horizon of a planet or a celestial object. The letters aexjet, all in lower case, appear at the bottom of the square box, and appear all together; the first three letters, aex, are white in color and are in a bolded, thicker font, while the last three letters, though also white, are in a thinner font. The colors used in the mark are white for the letters and white for the sun, plus two shades of gray: a darker shade of gray being used for the eliptical shape of the drawing of the planet, and a lighter shade of gray for the "sky" or outer space. Finally, the depiction of the sun and the light eminating from the sun is a bright white color.
