The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, The attached logo is in color but I wish to have the flexibility of being able to change the color. If I must pick a color I would pick Black as the outline color and hopefull be able to vary the fill colors. If that is not possible then As the logo appears is how I would trademark it. Lines and triangle black with yellow as the fill color..
The mark consists of I would like to Trademark the wording "active uranium" in no particular font to use in conjuction with the attached logo. Description of the logo is a large circle (broken in three equidistant areas) encirling three incomplete circles of identical size and spaced evenly within the larger circle and around an evensided triangle. Three curved symmetrical lines will be located within the three incomplete circles. The logo appears in color as does the triangle in the middle. I would like to trademark the shape of the logo and have the flexibility to change the fill colors. This logo will be used to mechandise clothing and stickers and related merchandise so having the flexibility of color changes is advantageous to me.
