The mark consists of The mark contains an angled drawing of a character sitting in a personal handheld device (?phd?), stylized to look like an automobile. The character is wearing a white safety helmet, like a motorcycle or race car helmet, with a black face shield; he is wearing a white uniform with white mittens and is holding a megaphone in his right hand. The phd in which the character is sitting is two-toned: the top part of the phd is white, and the bottom part is gray. The top part of the phd contains a flush design consisting of a series of three circles, stylized to look like the steering wheel of an automobile. The outer two circles are joined by three straight lines running from the outermost circle to the second circle. The character?s left hand is on the concentric design. The phd has four wheels. The front driver-side wheel is comprised of an ear phone; the black wire of the ear phone emanates from the underside of the phd and has an ?S? shape. The front of the phd is also stylized to look like the front of an automobile with two circular headlights; between the two circular headlights are two, smaller rectangular lights.
