The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, Black, green, gold, yellow, white, red, and peach.

The mark consists of a graphic that is circular with a light source spot that is located off center in the lower left quadrant where the light source spot is light green and fades to dark green at the outer edge of the circle and includes an adult hand extending downwardly from the center, top of the circle with its palm side out and is comprised of white, red and black to create the impression of three dimensions, the adult hand further having its thumb and index finger together holding a leaf stem that is turning colors with the leaf extending beyond the boarder of the circle and is comprised of yellow, gold and red to create the random changing color effect of a leaf in fall, the adult hand appears to have its little, or pinky, finger being grasped by a young childs hand that extends into the circle from the lower right quadrant and is comprised of white, yellow, gold, peach and red to create the impression of three dimensions, the graphic further includes a random honeycomb pattern over the top of the entire graphic excepting the leaf. The word element of the mark comprises the words "Legacy Preservation Group, LLC" in all capital letters where the first letter is of a large capital letter and the remaining letters of a word are a smaller capital letters, and the letters "LLC" each being of the smaller capital letter, each letter is based in green and includes a three dimensional effect that includes white and light green to the bottom and left of the letter and a dark green and black to the upper and right side of the letter. Furthermore, each of the letters have a plurality of gold specs or dots randomly placed upon it generally in the center of the letter to aid in the three dimensional look of the letter and to have similar coloration as the back ground of the graphic. Both the graphic and the letters further have a shadow behind them that extends above and to the right of the respective element and gives the appearance of the element being off the page.
