Color Claim: the colors of Kangda Flooring trade mark submit to the United States Patent and Trademark Office contain red and black color only. All letters used in its trademark should be color black except the vertical stroke of letter K and horizontal stroke of letter A (a triangle underneath of "A") are using color red.
