The mark consists of an approximately seventeen-second video. The video begins with a pinhole view of a black and white image of the sun shining through the canopy of a forest environment. The pinhole gradually expands into a full screen view as the sound of wind and birds chirping begin to sound. When the forest environment has assumed the width of the screen, the image begins to rise up through the canopy and toward the bright sun. The image changes from black and white into color, revealing the green of the forest canopy. The sunlight grows brighter and brighter until the screen dissolves to all white with a sweeping wind sound. The image dissolves from white into a beach image where the words "SHADOW SCREEN PRODUCTIONS" appear just over the water's horizon with shadowed lettering below them. The sounds of seagulls fills in as three birds fly from right to left across the screen. White flashes cross the screen from each side, briefly creating a white box around the textual element of the mark. Another white flash appears and then the words "SHADOW SCREEN PRODUCTIONS" appear in black and white and lit from behind by a light source that resembles movie lighting. Shadows from the letters appear. The image fades to black.
