The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, orange, green, red, black and gold.

The mark consists of a red bordered orange box with a slanted box shape superimposed on top of that box which is also red bordered and orange in color --- the top box forms a diamond shape on the outer box on which it is superimposed. The words "Tuscany Sun" are inside the diamond in a reddish color and curved upward surrounding the bottom portion of a red bordered circle superimposed upon the diamond shape. The circle is also surrounded by 5 large red lines that have 3 smaller red lines between each such larger red line, creating a fanciful sun-like image. The red circle has inside of it a fanciful image of a monastery-like building nestled within hills and landscapes consisting of greens, reds, blacks and golds
