Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a unique bottle design characterized by cylindrical sides that start at the base of the bottle and appear to extend straight up, tapering slightly only toward the top; a distinctive and accentuated glass ring at the top of the bottle but below the cap; and an unusual cap with totally flat sides. More specifically, the total height of the bottle is 175.50 millimeters. From the base of the bottle to 92.20 millimeters high, the shape of the bottle is cylindrical. Then, the sides of the bottle taper with two curves; the first having a radium of 330 millimeters-which is where the taper begins on the way up the bottle-and the second curve higher up on the sides of the bottle having a radium of 99 millimeters-which is where the taper becomes more angled. The taper is linked with a distinctive accentuated glass ring, which is located at the top of the bottle but under the cap. The glass ring has a height of 6 millimeters and a diameter of 73 millimeters. The tapered sides of the glass bottle are linked with the accentuated glass ring through a connection having a radium of 2.50 millimeters and a chamfer. The total height of the chamfer and the connection is 1.55 millimeters. The design also features a cap of unusual height and design. More specifically, the sides of the cap are totally flat, not grooved, and the height of the cap is 18 millimeters. The diameter of the cap is 73 millimeters. The bottom of the bottle is unique because the sides of the bottle at the bottom do not appear to taper toward the base of the bottle, but rather appear to meet the base more squarely, giving the bottom of the bottle an squat-like appearance that is unusual for ajar. More specifically, the bottle base is connected to the cylindrical part through a curve having a radium of only 4 millimeters.
