The mark consists of The colors green, yellow, red, and white, which are hereby claimed as distinctive features of the three-dimensional service mark (in the form of the exterior ornamental design and trade dress of applicant's Kangaroo Stores) for which registration is sought, appear in such trade dress as set forth in the following description: 1. A convenience store configuration comprising (i) a concrete foundation having a vertical face that is red in color; (ii) exterior walls vertically displaced on such foundation that are (a) red in color from ground level up to a point approximately one-quarter the height of such exterior walls and (b) yellow in color from such point to the top of such exterior walls; (iii) vertical support columns that are yellow in color and (iv) a first portion of roof (horizontally displaced above such exterior walls and supported by such support columns) having (a) an underside that is white in color: (b) a vertical face around the periphery thereof that is green in color, such face having a horizontal stripe, around a major portion of such periphery, that is displaced along such face and comprised of horizontal layers that are red, yellow, and white in color and are vertically displaced one above the other and (c) a gable displaced on the top of such first portion of roof, comprising (1) an exterior portion that is yellow in color; and (2) an interior portion that is predominantly green in color and contains therein a circular configuration that is red in color around the periphery thereof and has horizontally displaced slats in the interior thereof that are white in color. 2. A service island configuration on each of two sides of such convenience store configuration comprising (i) concrete foundations having vertical faces that are red in color; (ii) vertical protective uprights that are immediately adjacent to such foundations and are yellow in color; (iii) gasoline pumps that are displaced on top of such foundations and are predominantly red and white in color; (iv) vertical support columns that are yellow in color along two vertical faces of such columns and green in color along the other two vertical faces of such columns; and (v) second and third roof portions (horizontally displaced on and supported by the top on such support columns), each such portion adjoining such first portion of roof on each of two sides thereof and having a vertical face around the periphery thereof that is green in color, such face having a horizontal stripe, around a major portion of such periphery, that is displaced along such face and comprised of horizontal layers that are red, yellow, and white in color and are vertically displaced one above the other. 3. A car wash configuration adjacent to one of such service island configurations comprising (i) exterior walls that are (a) red in color from ground level up to a point approximately one-quarter the height of such walls and (b) yellow in color from that point to the top of such walls and (ii) a roof (horizontally displaced on the top on such exterior walls) having a vertical face around the periphery thereof that is green in color, such face having a horizontal stripe, around a major portion of such periphery, that is displaced along such face and comprised of horizontal layers that are red, yellow, and white in color and are vertically displaced one above the other. .
