The mark consists of The mark consists of (1) the word Automatrics, all in capital letters, with the left line of the letter "A" ending at the horizontal cross bar of the letter "A" and the right line of the letter "A" extending downward at a 90 degree vertical angle; a line extending to the right from 2/3rds down on the right line of the letter "A" straight through the middle of the letters "U" "T" and "O"; a line running horizontally through the letter "O" (such that the letter "O" has a plus sign in, and slightly out of the circle portion of it); and a straight vertical line above the letter "A"; (2) the capital letter A italicized ; (3) the word Thierica, all in capital letters, with the horizontal line of the "T" extending to the end of the letter "H", a paint spray gun point aimed to the right at the top of the letter "I", and a spray of paint from the spray gun point extending to the right that flares above and into the letters "E", "R", "I", "C", and "A" (which flare is intended to look like paint from the spray gun); (4) the word Company italicized.
