The mark consists of a black and white photo of my father during the Korean War standing in front of the foutain at the Vatican in Rome, Italy. Superimposed over the picture is the name "PJ's Kookies" in black letters outlined by the green, white and red colors of the Italian flag. Instead of placing the "dot" over the letter "i" in "Kookies" we made the dot into a mini Italian flag. Rectangular in shape with the green, white and red stripes of the Italian flag. Under the name "PJ's Kookies" is the phrase "An Italian Treat".
