The mark consists of a circle. Inside the circle there is a banner that says "ALLIANCE". At one end of the banner there is a circle with a triangle in it, and at the other end there is a circle with a diamond shape in it. Underneath the banner, there are two hands shaking, and a roadway leading into the sunset. One the side of the roadway the letters "MC" apprear and at the beginning of the roadway it says "NEW YORK" in a rectangular box.
