41 OVERVIEW: One World Events provides 1 year memberships to attend personally hosted, group events; Events are of any legal type and place; Members can search and sign up for our events using the One World Events Website; Members can be married or unmarried, between the ages of 18 and older; SERVICES: 1; Personally Hosted Group Events; - Events are of any type and place; Events are held at public locations - One World does not own or maintain a private facility for event locations; -Examples of events: Group Dinners, Comedy Club Outings, Paintball, Athletic Events, Concerts, etc; 2; Use of the One World Website to search, signup, and participate in One World Events; - Members use the website to: - Apply for Membership - Renew Membership - Search for Events - Signup for Events - Purchase Event Credits - Manage Account/Profile Information PRODUCTS 1; MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES: 1-Year Memberships, as well as a predetermined number of "event credits"; There will be two types of Membership packages: Single Membership and Couples Membership (Joint account shared by a romantic couple, married individuals, e;g;); The membership authorizes an individual (or couple) to use the website for 1 year, in order to search, signup and participate in our personally hosted group events; Memberships are open to everyone - married or unmarried, from ages 18 to 80; 2; MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS: At the end of the membership term, members have the option to continue membership by purchasing the renewal; 3; ONE WORLD EVENT CREDITS/CREDIT PACKAGES: An "event credit" is a proprietary admission charge used by One World Events; Each event is given a credit amount; Members purchase event credits/credit packages, so that they may sign up for the event; Example: If an event is 1 credit, the member must have already purchased one credit, in order to sign up for the event; In essence, a One World Event Credit operates in much the same way as game tokens work when used at arcades; One World Event Credits can be purchased individually, or within Credit Packages; 4; MISCELLANEOUS PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS As promotions and/or prizes, One World will sell/give away various T-Shirts, Office Supplies, Gift Certificates, plus any number of promotional gift items
