The color(s) yellow and blue is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the colors yellow and blue used on the canopy portion of the goods, the color yellow being on one side of the canopy and the color blue being on the other side of the canopy, as further shown in the drawing for Applicant's U.S. trademark registration 2,291,659, which is hereby incorporated herein by reference. The remainder of the outdoor play structure shown in the drawing, as in Applicant's aforesaid prior registration, is not part of the mark but is merely intended to show where and how the colors are used on the goods.
