The mark consists of two concentric circles, with the outer circle being thinner than the inner circle. The outer circle contains the word HELMET wrapping in a clock-wise direction at the same diameter and thickness as the outer circle line, broken by an inverse space to make the letters legible. The inside circle is broken with open spaces in both the horizontal and vertical planes, forming an inverse target "cross-hairs" result. Inside both circles is an abstract, fork-like image with both horizontal and angular lines in the same value as the two outer concentric circles. Lastly, there is the word HALO which exists below the more right portion of the horizontal lines in the abstract, fork-like image..
