The colors blue and orange are claimed as a feature of the mark
Applicant has used and promoted its design and trademark in the Washington Metropolitan area and outside area as well.

The mark contains a single word--CleanQwest. The "C" and the "Q" are capitalized, and the rest of the letters are lower-case. The mark is all one word--there are no spaces. The "Qwest" portion is deliberately misspelled, containing a "w" instead of a "u". The circle portion of the "Q" is oversized, orange, and looks sloppily hand-written. The tail portion of the "Q" is a blue and orange, up-side-down check mark. Other than the "Q", the rest of the letters are blue and typed in plain font. There is orange shading behind the "Qwest" portion of the mark and extending to the right of the mark, increasing in thickness from left to right. The wording INDUSTRIAL. OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTING appears at the bottom, in blue.
