The mark consists of Three-dimensional trade dress for theater interior including upstage and downstage areas, proscenium and left and right side stages with overall aircraft hanger, circa 1940s to 1950s theme. More specifically the background consists of corrugated steel walls with windows on side stages left and right with real and painted broken panes. Color and lighting designed to create a blue stage with purple and red tonal quality on side stages. Randomly placed metal piping is attached to the corrugated walls, as well as, simulated doors and industrial signage for "Loading Dock" and "Caution." Oil drums painted in white with red, green or orange stripes are stacked on both side stages together with red and white simulated scaffolding and simulated "radar" trackers placed on each set of scaffolding. Red and white scaffolding also extends up the walls on both side stages. Grey simulated scaffolding extends from side stage left over the proscenium to side stage right. Non-theatrical, industrial lighting placed in front of the proscenium, as well as over the side stages. Industrial hazard lights are placed regularly on side stages left and right, and uniformly along the lip of the stage every six to eight inches. Black and yellow caution stripes are painted along the lip of the stage, on the stair risers down stage, on flooring in the stage pit area and around the simulated radar trackers, the painted doors including loading dock and in other random areas on the two side stages. The backdrop is painted as the interior of a vacant aircraft hanger to complete the 1940s to 1950s theme..
