The mark consists of Both the "C" and "P" are in intial stylized looping script capital lettering written in either chocolate dark brown and/or black both either choice with silver shadowing. The "C" and "P" are dominate letters larger and detached from the rest of the word. "C" and "P" interlock and intersect with each other forming a uniquely distinct visual logo. Copper is written above pennies with the "P" looping and intersecting the "C" but not quite closing the loop. The remainder of the words (opper and ennies) is stylized lower case script lettering also in either chocolate dark brown and/or black either choice with silver shadowing and written out. The shadowing adds dimensional element to the design. The word INC. is written beneath the name with the same colors and shadowing but using smaller sized capital lettering. For Social Change is written using initial caps and stylized scripted print in light tan and or moss green and does not have any letter sahdowing at all. The words are located to the far right of the Copper Pennies, Inc. and is on the same line as INC. There is a solid copper and or burnt orange line that underscores the entire design that is center of the design and is center of the page. This solid line is also part of the design. .
