The mark consists of One circle, shaded, encompassing One vertical elipse, shaded, touching the top most and bottom most points of the circle and occupying approximately one third of the circle's area. Additionally, a horizontal elipse, shaded and identical in size to the first elipse, is placed to form a mathematical plus symbol "+" or an english alphabet letter X "x" if rotated 45 degrees in a counter clockwise or clockwise direction. The elipse junction points are partially removed so that the horizontal elipse is shown on some parts of the junction while the vertical elipse is shown on other parts of the junction. Stylized letters may be placed on either elipse or in the blank spaces between an elipse and the circle.
The stippling is for shading purposes only.
