The bottom vertical portion and the horizontal portion of the (same) letter L are located outside the letter O. The color of the letters L and O, which is located in the center of the shield, is blue (1c1c3e). On the shield there are three designs. One design is located on the top right portion of the shield, the second design is located at the bottom left portion of the shield and the third design is located at the bottom right portion of the shield. On a yellow, brown, and gold color shaded banner located at the bottom of the shield the word OLAM is written in the center of the banner; OLAM is written in the color blue (1c1c3e). Located behind the shield on the left side and the right side there is a design which is in the colors yellow (ecc203) and burgundy (842c12). On the left side of the shield in front of the design a lion stands on two legs. The lion is the color tan (e7d4cd) and its mane and the hair on the tip of its tail is the color brown (3a1402). Located on the right side of the shield and in front of the design, a sheep stands on all four legs. The sheep is the color tan (e7d4cd). The entire mark is against a blue (1c1c3e) background.
