The color(s) green is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark is a motion mark - five frames of which are shown in the drawing - which runs within a time frame of approximately 6 seconds. In the mark, a stream of green-colored liquid moves into the screen from the upper right-hand corner, down the right side of the screen, curves up toward the middle of the screen, and then continues on toward the upper left-hand corner. Once at the upper left of the screen, the liquid then curves down and moves along the left side of the screen before curving to the right and moving along the bottom of the screen. At this point, a sphere with a green-colored center appears from the right-hand side of the frame, and begins to move left toward the center of the image. As the sphere appears, the liquid curves up toward the upper right-hand corner of the screen, before curving sharply back toward the center of the screen. The liquid then pours around and into the sphere at the center of the screen. Once the liquid has poured into the sphere, the sphere increases in size, and moves to the upper-center of the screen. The black, white, and gray in the image are not claimed as a feature of the mark, and are meant to represent background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas only.
