The mark consists of a central, circular design element. The lower portion of the circle contains part of a blue sphere with a stylized, white depiction of Michigan. The sphere fades from light blue at the right to medium blue at the left. Alternating white and red curved bands are situated above the sphere. A white, blurred, dot appears in the right portion of the mark where the sphere and bands meet. This circular design is outlined in white. A dark blue circular border encompasses the design element. "Michigan" is presented in white, stylized front and arcs around the top of the design element. "Republicans" is presented in white, stylized font and arcs around the bottom of the design element. This circular border is encompassed by three outlines. The outlines are presented in the following colors: medium blue, white and red.
