The mark consists of a curvy ribbon, curving upward, with the word "BILLION" centered and written in the middle of it in the top portion of the mark. There is a "red" spool of thread that sits immediately under the top-most ribbon and it has a needle going through the front portion of the spool of thread. On the top of the spool of Red thread, there is a rendition of an american flag and resting against the bottom of the red spool of thread is a button with "4-holes" and it has a rendition of the British flag on it. The center of the mark hosts a shield that has the word "DOLLAR" at the top most portion of the shield and "B$B" in its center. Under the B$B are 3-icons/symbols: First Symbol: a bird holding a flower in each claw and the bird's wings are spread; Second Symbol: a sewing machine and Third Symbol: Three Identical pictures of an older model british sewing machine. Above and Below the shield are 2-red, 5-point stars (total of 4-stars). Below the shield is a curvy ribbon, curving downward, with the word "BRITCHES" centered and written in the middle of it. On each side of the shield (Left & Right), there are burst of "ribbon shaped flowers" which swirl and wrap themselves around the sides of th shield. The entire mark has a cracked background and all cracks are made with the "Navy Blue Color" .
