Within and in the middle of the innermost concentric circle there is a five-pointed star, which is superimposed over a sunburst.
The English translation of "VERITAS VOS LIBERABIT" and "SEMPER VIGILO, FORTIS, PARATUS, ET FIDELIS" in the mark is "The truth will set you free" and "always vigilant, strong, prepared and faithful".
