The color(s) dark blue, red, light orange, orange, dark orange, and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the distinctive, three-dimensional trade dress characterizing the product packaging for the applicant's goods. The three dimensional product packing is in the shape of a hexagon. The front view of the product packaging features a rectangular, dark blue field covering approximately the top one-fourth of the front view of the product packaging. Beneath the dark blue field is a thin, red, elongated, right triangle. The triangle has a short, vertical side on the left side of the front view of the product packaging; it has a horizontal side towards the top and running the width of the front view of the product packaging; it has an angled side towards the bottom and running the width of the front view of the product packaging, which is lower on the left side and higher on the right side of the front view of the product packaging; and it comes to a point on the right side of the front view of the product packaging. Below the red triangle is a semi-circle cut out through which the product can be viewed, representing a round sun descending from the bottom, angled side of the red triangle. The semi-circle cut out has a flat side towards the top front view of the product packaging where it tracks the bottom, angled side of the red triangle; it is round on the bottom and sides; it is positioned in the center of the front view of the product packaging; and it occupies approximately the second one-fourth of the front view of the product packaging from the top. The remaining area of the front view of the product packaging beneath the red triangle and on either side of the semi-circle cut out is the color light orange, which changes shade as it descends the front view of the product packaging to orange at the bottom of the front view of the product packaging. Angled lines are evenly positioned in a vertical fashion to stretch down the front view of the product packaging, representing rays of light originating from the round bottom and sides of the semi-circle cut out. The angled lines change in color from dark orange where they originate from the round bottom and sides of the semi-circle cut out towards the top of the front view of the product packaging, to white at the bottom of the front view of the product packaging. The broken lines are not a part of the mark and serve only to show the position of the mark.
