The color(s) grey, blue, light blue, orange, light orange, lighter orange, and lightest orange, white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of two words, SPIN and Network. An exclamation point is used to replace the I in SPIN and the period of the exclamation point is used to replace the O in Network. The letters S,P, and N of the word SPIN are colored in grey. The Letters N,E,T,W,R, and K are colored in orange. The Exclamation point has 4 tones of orange on the top part. They follow from left to right, top to bottom, lighter orange, lightest orange, orange, light orange, light orange. The bottom period of the exclamation has a marbled texture to it that resembles a 3d shine. The bottom of the period is also mirrored underneath to give the effect of it being on a shiny surface. There is also a dual colored 'arrow swoosh' around the exclamation point. This is boarded in white and consists of two separate parts. The first part is a half an arrow that loops around half the distance of the bottom 'arrow swoosh'. It is lighter in color and from left to right grows gradually lighter in color. The second part consists of two different colors of blue and light blue. The blue consists of the majority of the second 'arrow swoosh', the remaining part is the lighter blue. The 'arrow swoosh' wraps around the middle section of the exclamation point and ends on both sides with tips that are not touching the exclamation point. Under the 'arrow swoosh' there is a slight shadow created using a grey color that casts itself upon the exclamation point. The letters in the logo are all capitalized and the letters for SPIN are visibly larger than those of the letters for NETWORK. .
